​ I have a Masters in marriage and family therapy and a certification in addictive and compulsive behavior from Capella University.  I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist in North Carolina. I utilize multiple approaches to best meet clients where they are at. My goal is to offer a safe environment for learning skills in communication, resilience, stress and emotional management.
